These terms cover your use of software and digital products from SAL-9000 LTD ("we", "us"). By buying or using our products, you agree to them.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our products. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer them, except where the law allows.

Payment

Our products are sold through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing and tax. Prices and any applicable tax are shown before you buy.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

No warranty

Our products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update our products and these terms. The current version is always on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
